Some of this information I got from talking to other realtors, investor, instructors and the like.

Seminars are given to grow a business, once you get it that some instructor who deals in notes is seeking future business from you, you might then question what is actually being taught, it's a long sales pitch, it's not an education.Notes or real estate seminars, basically all the same.

I like going to class and being able to physically talk to the instructor and also a great way to network with other real estate professionals.

Also worked briefly as an alpine ski instructor and later worked as a nordic ski instructor for a cross country ski center and even owned my own ski school program called Ski-n-Sign.

The instructor is clearly to blame for some of this so I guess the results will vary depending on who is teaching.

The instructors are seasoned real estate investors. ***** ***** teaches 3 of the classes she viewed. ***** has used the techniques he teaches to acquire over 300 properties for himself.

Something like a part time instructor at a college, oversee the real estate holdings, travel extensively, and never miss a family function.

hello bp friends when I attended the real state class back in 2003  IFREC orlando florida , I remember my  instructor had already 35 years in the business  was big in this advice .what you learn in this class is for you to learn principles and laws and regulations to be able to pass your state exam  and get your license ,but when you go out there in the  real world it's totally different story .  

So, people end up being left soured on the whole concept.One of the instructors in the education I'm connected to has a company doing hundreds of millions of dollars in wholesale business annually.
