Seminars are given to grow a business, once you get it that some instructor who deals in notes is seeking future business from you, you might then question what is actually being taught, it's a long sales pitch, it's not an education.Notes or real estate seminars, basically all the same.

hello bp friends when I attended the real state class back in 2003  IFREC orlando florida , I remember my  instructor had already 35 years in the business  was big in this advice .what you learn in this class is for you to learn principles and laws and regulations to be able to pass your state exam  and get your license ,but when you go out there in the  real world it's totally different story .
