A lot of people (myself included) use multiple baselane accounts and sub-accounts to keep things as clear as possible relative to each property.

Job included inside work of leveling floors, installing flooring, paint walls, kitchen cabinets, etc in both units, as well as lay a new driveway, fence the back yard, provide attic fans, and install electric to the crawlspace to add lights and a sump pump.

I think it's great as it includes warranty information for appliances, type of hvac filter, light bulbs and general maintenance etc

You must be pretty good friends - most veterans (including myself) would never let a non-veteran assume their loan b/c the VA loan entitlement is not restored until that loan is paid off.  

The tenants pay all utilities including sewer and garbage.

If i was giving someone 65k I would be on a plane and meeting them in person.Cannot say this about this website, but there are plenty of scams out there to take advantage of those in distress, including syndicators.
