If I want to use the short term rental loophole, do I qualify if I host a 30 day stay on Airbnb.

I am an agent and investor in the area, and I also host happy hours/meet ups for investors of all levels. 

Have you thought about getting into co-hosting or management?

Hi Jasmin, I host a meetup in Palm beach gardens at one of my properties once a month regarding Airbnb's in the WPB market, feel free to send me a message and I can send you the info. 

I provided email communications between the client & myself, screenshots of the prior 3 years hosting, screenshots of the Domain Registration in the clients name, & the website being online.  15 days later, they pulled the funds, 30 days later, they closed the investigation. 

While I don't have enough experience with either company to say one is better or worse for hosts than other, I've always found VRBO to be the far clunkier and less user friendly by miles.
