Also, I just realized that you were saying the proposed structure would involve all 100 investors being active managers.From my point of view as an investor, I don’t like it when there are even two different sponsors in a deal because I feel there are too many chefs in the kitchen and able to burn the meal by arguing.I can’t imagine any situation where I would subject myself to an investment where 100 people have to vote on crucial decisions such as what property to buy, when to refinance, when to sell etc..
