@Randall Weatherall I think the best spot in our area to invest in are Madison, Toney, Harvest and Hazel Green.

Now we have people in government that have accomplished anything except to win an election and then they tell the rest of us how to run our businesses.In the past, our government officials' greatest accomplishment is that they had come out of the right pink orifice of the landed gentry or nobility, and we implicitly believed God had given them power to rule over us.

The lease option / rent to own confuses the owner as to who is actually in charge.The tenant also gets confused since they are partially empowered as a homeowner...pepto-pink wall paint appeal to the daughter, why not!

Hi @Matt BrowningNo repairs were needed at the time of purchase, but some items were very outdated (house built in 1996 - contemporary southwest style - think brass everything and faded pinks, off white ceramics, and oranges).

The 1% rule is like a pink unicorn.

@Michael Greenberg how do you harvest guests personal emails for future marketing/direct bookings when ABB does not give that to you?

He states he can't rent or sell property due to smoke smell..I doubt that.the house was built in 1951.there are numerous cracks in ceiling from house settling, wood floors need redone plus two round stains from kerosene heaters from last tenants,the bathroom is original pink tiles, kitchen cupboards falling off walls,leaking roof,leaked prior in spare room was patched and never painted, the whole house is a fixed upper.I think he's trying to pass the buck onto me so he can repair to sell, not due to smoke smell.Can I take him to court for my refund or will be win.I live in virginia

All of this wealth building made possible by harvesting the equity in that one original San Diego property back in 2021...
