Have an electrician or someone capable of using an amp clamp grab some reading for you when the well is in service.

With that much, and depending on where you look, you could grab up 2-5 properties.

I want the inspector to have the time with their client without my opinions or bias (That's why they are paying the inspector) If they see anything that looks alarming or something they feel we may need to go back with, I ask them to grab me so that I have a reference point for later.

We're up here looking at neighborhoods almost weekly.I have 1 property that we're considering making an offer on, it's now almost 180 DoM, fits most of our criteria, saw some potential "gotchas" that would make it less attractive for non owner occupant investors, so not sure what I'm missing and why other's haven't tried to grab it yet.
