Was your investor someone on these forums we can tag to hear about the investment from their perspective?

@Sam McCormackIt’s been what 24 hours since it’s been implementedI have changed nothing within my business for thisI think people are blowing this out of perspective in regards the changes it’s going to have for investors.

I like the idea of the fixed long term debt from a risk perspective, but I’m not sure if this is typical of commercial development projects. 

  $500 for 4 hours every Sunday morning (so $2000-2500/month) and its basically on a month to month lease so not much turnover to deal with from the landlord perspective.  

From a bookkeeping and tax perspective it is best to keep your personal and business accounts separate.

From a logistics and hard cost perspective, it is more cost effective to complete the entire renovation process at once.

I keep paying to sms an upload fresh lists on "faith" that sooner or later the faithful bird will get a worm.   

I’m asking from the perspective of being able to quickly rent out the rooms (preferably MTR) and for potential appreciation.

If anyone has genuine questions about the Gator Method, I’m happy to provide more insights from a seasoned perspective.
