Illinois is the number one state Americans are fleeing right now.

If Amzn model will work then Americans will depend less on retail stores.

I would suggest, in similar fashion, start writing out your investment strategy so that you have a road map to where you want to go.

Is this something worth swapping out or is it the rule of function over fashion?

Hi @Kayla ColluraI took the class at the American Real Estate Academy in Waltham and they were great.

Some say it might continue to go like this in a more time compressed fashion.

I'm not sure how others outside of the US and Canada can create events though.One nuance that I found was it kept giving me an error and wouldn't let me post the event until I realized that the blank box next to the end time was to select a timezone (only North American timezones are listed). 

Do you think it will accelerate the flow of americans to rentals in the long term by squeezing the already tight affordable house market?
