It's fantastic that you're diving into the world of real estate investing and exploring strategies like house hacking, BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), and house flipping.

It can be a fantastic strategy, especially for those with W-2 jobs.

Local hard money lenders are often not fantastic marketers so you may have more success by going to your local real estate investors association or local investor meetups.
