In signing this Lease, Tenant agrees that Tenant has examined the Premises and certifies that it has not observed any pests in the Premises

@Valerie Rogers I vehemently disagree with you on the basic liberties that go along with property ownership. 

- There were quizzes throughout each chapter which did not tie to the final exam in any way, shape, or form.

Also, I will respectfully disagree with a comment made above about HOA fees.

I'd also disagree about paying off all your non home debt. 

I would disagree with you only because the 84 unit development I mentioned above is doing just that.
