Many judges would feel you got paid even if no cash was sent to you.I could see this potentially working on a higher-end property that it in excellent condition with a Grade A tenant.  

You'll have an option between the FHA househack 3.5% down and the conventional househack 5% down - if you're VA then even better though.

Even the nicer homes don't rent for over $2,750 a month there.

From there, I would start to run numbers on those deals in that area/streets, and then start to connect with local agents/PMs to get an even better feel for pricing on homes along with rents for them. 

I just can't accept such a constant ever increasing loss, even if I can afford it. 

The idea of an AI-driven deal conveyor belt, where different AI agents specialize in identifying undervalued markets, flagging high-potential properties, and even automating the initial outreach to landlords is intriguing.

Now they wont give us our money back even though they are the ones who changed their metrics on lending after approving us.
