The highway department said no way on earth would they allow me to cut another driveway into the highway.The last park fell through because the owner had leased a barn to a car repair business and refused to allow me to do an environmental survey.

Due to the fact that we have been able to complete this protocol in multiple homes and provide this information to our environmental insurance company we have been able to create a CLAIMS SPECIFIC insurance policy that covers each home.

I would hazard the belief that any intelligent life in the universe, or even within our own galaxy, is extremely distant from our planet, too far away to be any threat.This "study" simply sounds like more left-wing environmental propaganda pushing its agenda rather than true science.

With a property that's held a business like this, you must investigate environmental issues.

If it's a commercial real estate loan that you are seeking in addition to the origination fee you will pay for the appraisal, a Phase I environmental and perhaps a property condition report.

It sounds more legit now, but I still am hesitant because I do not have enough time to have an inspection and environmental test done. 

What environmental issues does it have asbestos?

You will need to build a team that has the experience that you lack (commercial land broker, zoning attorney, entity attorney, real estate attorney, civil engineer, environmental engineer, surveyor, residential architect, general contractor, construction manager, etc).
