But i guess in today's world where things are on line and investors are used to Internet communications this is much easier than those days.

Plus, Zillow, Rentler and the other real estate platforms tend to have all sorts of unnecessary hoops to jump through for landlords, and I find a lot of their design very un-intuitive (I remember spending waaayyy too much time just trying to figure out simple things in Rentler).  ...why can't they make it easier?

Both are much easier to navigate. 

These have ACH collection systems build in along with numerous other benefits to make your life easier. 

But if you buy an already profitable business it will cash flow from day 1 and you can grow it from there.Buying a business is easier than building one.

But trust me, when you find that architect that understand your processes, your life and projects will become exponentially easier, the projects will turn out better, and you will make more money in the end.
