@Jackson Harris as long as your definition of MF is duplex, triplex or quads AND your willing to live in some of the tougher (or at least, less desirable) neighborhoods AND you have patience your plan can work.

That video was one of many that came up when I searched, and not even the one I was looking for (that one is private, and I can't give out the link without charging for it).

I actually prefer some of these search and map features over the MLS.And those that think they can save $$ on commissions will be disappointed.

After searching more, I found a few BP post where people seemed to have one account for all deposits, and keep only deposits in there.
