It was an 8 unit building and it was a total disaster for all of the other tenants loud music, crack, heroin, property damage mad orgies etc...Evictions of this kind take forever and the local PD wasn't much help so we had to hire off duty police officers to work 3rd shift security till we got her out of there.

The only reason we have requested his presence while contractor is there doing the repair purely because we are worried that the tenant might accuse the contractor damaged his stuff, etc. later.

Problem here the tenant didn’t declare cats as pets.She ruined the unit in one full year and it took more than $11,000 to replace full floors in two level townhouse plus other water leaks damage.tenant left without telling.Now I am asking property management must visit quarterly to catch damages early on.Ozone machines did not help much.thanks
