I have done some research and found out that 2 of them are still in court, and 1 has nothing on it.The 2 homes that are in the foreclosure process are in a nice neighborhood, and other then a lot of weeds growing around them they would have some really nice curb appeal.

I've also heard (and it makes sense) that you should complete the Exterior first to gain the curb appeal to generate early interest.Well...I have a craftsman style house and the top half of the house is aluminum siding.

If you can paint instead or decorate the lawn with nice flowers, landscaping, new door, etc. that might be a more cost effective way to pretty up the place and give more curb appeal.
