For those with multiple properties, you may have other choices to make and or issues to face if this goes for an extended time, however, I really believe that once we get through this, the Vacation destinations are going to explode with business.

You need to look at how people arrive at the destination.

Hawaii does seem to be impacted more given it is a pure flyto destination and people are flying much less now.Separately, many of conferences, meetings, and conventions have been postponed or cancelled.

We are seeing that drivable destinations outside of urban areas are still being booked- people want to get away, and quarantine themselves somewhere nice- the beach, etc.
