I've been contemplating doing an Air BnB/VRBO and self managing it.

I am contemplating on buying a home in north kansas city, MO Huge 5 bedroom single family home!

It annoys me a bit for the same simple reason many things like this annoy me -- that's how I was raised.But there are a lot of people for whom simply reaching out is a significant act of will, especially as a freshly-joined. habitually introverted BP member contemplating reaching out to people with many posts and likes.

Spend some time building a relationship with a hard money lender, get to know them and work towards a Joint Venture with REO Flipping, contemplate the idea of setting up a holding company with the Hard Money lender if you can.

Give someone a reason to rob you, assault you, god forbid shoot you, I am not sure that the street they are standing on or driving down comes much into play.  

The sellers feel intimidated by the park and think that what the park says is the gospel, so much so that they are contemplating walking away from our executed agreement that has $4,500 in stated damages should the seller back out for any reason, including other offers.

At this point I am contemplating a couple of things....1.

I'd double check with zoning and permitting before even contemplating converting it.

We've lived here for a few years and are contemplating buying a MF here.
