I agree with the idea of letting them stay, adding the pet deposit and socking the money away because in the end, this can be a challenge to take care of the odor.On the other hand, if the contractor is not used to cats even one dirty litter box can cause a significant ammonia odor (cats consume a very high protein diet and thus produce a high urea content urine).

Having same issue looking for attorneys that do assignments. this is so frustrating because i have learned to generate leads ez enough but even if i get property under contract i still have half a deal because i cant seem to locate key people to consumate deals so i can complete transactions.

I used to lose business once in a while because a competitor had a "better rate," but the consumer didn't realize it was an ARM - so I guess someone that likes to sneak people into ARMs would/should prefer the old disclosures.
