I spoke with the title company who is still helping us wrap up the set-up of a servicing company, and she confirmed that they would be responsible for the principal / interest for Nov and Dec, while we are responsible for the escrow shortage balance (as agreed upon).Not sure how it was missed - not my favorite title company to work with.

Another work around that isn’t discussed much is working on a strategy with your insurance company to protect your other assets in the event of a claim.But also, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to consider getting the financing into your LLc name with a community bank and pulling cash out if you have substantial equity.Right now, since the loan is in your name, it shows up on your personal credit report.  

Is there anyone here that is currently working for Ale Solutions or any other company similar working as a relocation specialist?

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

3) Any specific states you recommend to set up any of these (Not sure where I'll be purchasing property yet, maybe Detroit, maybe Cleavland, maybe Augusta, maybe Des Moines, maybe Saint Cloud, maybe Memphis...)4) I already have a LLC based in Hong Kong (We call them limited companies, but the principle is the same).

When you start, the company may give you a small existing portfolio, but then you'll have to maintain & grow it to make a decent living.You could also work as a leasing agent at an apartment complex.

If you ever decide you want a more passive approach, there are turnkey companies out there that handle everything for you.

I would prefer an individual PM (not associated with any company) to manage my 3 doors in FL..

I know that I have to rely heavily on a solid property management company to not only maintain but to help find me deals as our relationship grows.

Do you guys think there will be regulations that will be created around this that might affect those companies, or worse smaller businesses?
