I live within walking distance to coffee shops, gas stations, and fast food restaurants.

The prime location is a standout feature, with restaurants, shops, galleries, and coffee shops, all within walking distance.

It is way more effective, especially if the apartment is a decent distance away.It also creates a scarcity mindset for the tenants when they see all the other interested parties and creates competition.

What's an easy commute from where you are by plane, train or car?

This home is in a great area within walking distance to an elementary school, a middle school, (both great schools) Whole foods, and the list goes on!

I am also very hesitant to try long distance rental properties.

I want to invest in the Minot area and I’m open to long distance investing as well.

The question is: which neighborhood (without creating an absurd commute) is going to appreciate more than its neighbors in the decade to come?
