Hi Scott, I am a total amature and I am looking at leaping into the same type of thing but with existing tenants and probably no real rehab.I am a disabled vet, 100% service connected, combat injuries, but better now.I don't know anything about taxes and city fees etcetera. i am in Colorado Springs. do you know how i do about finding these things?

If your thought is to buy it, get financing then lie to the banks and transfer it to the LLC you most likely have lost ALL asset protection since what your doing is probably considered fraudulent if something were to occur.
