It's because of evil landlords like you buying up all the properties that this home would cost $9,000,000 today. 4) You spend money on unnecessary upgrades, like working furnaces which cause climate change, and push these microaggressions in my face to try and justify charging high rent. 5) If landlords didn't charge such high rent, there wouldn't be any homeless.
