@Michele Velazquez their fees are not out of line nationally, but you would have to contact several other PMC's locally to find out if it is normal for that specific market.

Tile beats Acrylic any day of the week.I've never used this product but to me it just seems like a standard acrylic tub surround with some clever marketing.

You can usually tell it's abandoned just by looking at what they left behind (junk furniture, old mattresses stripped of linens, empty closets, trash, old food but not new food, etc.).After the deadline passes, dispose of it as you see fit.
