@Kyle Carter we manage around 700 doors, with 92 of them being S8.When S8 applicants are properly screened, they can statistically perform a decent amount better than cash-tenants.

I fail to see how that is any different than Bigger Pockets but people talk about it.There is a very large group that charges $20k to join and has a lot of videos and meet ups and is run kind of like an MLM where they give you a "discount" "to the next level" if you convince someone else to join.

So for anyone reading this, the difference between Titan (and Solera) vs. other national banks is that their application for a business checking account specifically asks if you are trying to set up an LLC checking account for an LLC owned by an IRA, and if you check "yes," then you have the opportunity to enter the IRA custodian's contact information and clearly identify that the IRA is the owner and that the manager of the account has 0% ownership interest of the LLC.

So, my experience has been that an LLC is a lot easier to properly maintain as an entity than a corporation, and hence much more difficult to “pierce”.Some confusion occurs because of a misunderstanding of the plaintiffs charges.

The time it takes for the draws from tenants and then the ACH transfer to you leaves you getting pain on the 7th or 8th of the month, the $1 ACH transfer fee is an annoyance that has drawn some complaints that are as petty as the fee feels, the new tenant application features are sub-par, and I'm not sure how well it properly informs tenants of the additional charge for credit cards as I got panicked texts about the added fee from a tenant already going through some hardship.
