.- In reverse direction, American oil company invested heavily in rubber, tea plantation, oil company in such country since ... 1920s- Mainland Chinese family came to Cupertino,CA in early 2000 to purchased house there.I meant to say, the US mainstream investor is just mainly "do not know" those international activities already happening in the last 20 30 years or so.

I think if I read between the tea leaves on this one I think its paying rent so that people who never see the house have no clue no one is in it.. think they have a stabilized asset and all is well. they may even make post that HEY I JUST GOT MY 7th check on time not really knowing where the money came from...

Oh, that's right, you have ONE vote, compared to your tenants, all of their relatives, all of the people that work for Section 8, and all of the votes of every other taxpayer who's not an evil greedy profiteering Landlord like you.Don't get me wrong, I have tenants on various government programs, but I can also read the tea leaves: and they tell me that one way or another SOMEONE'S gonna pay.

Saying they had just bought a house nearby and the guys most have messed up the address.There was some slick script about not knowing how they could have done that since his house was in pretty bad shape and theirs must be much better.Not my cup of tea but I kind of respect the brass ones someone must have to do this.
