As you grow bigger you will build systems that will eventually save you quite a bit of cash. 

Most owners/GP/sponsors just review reports and re-process internally with staff.Serving PMs and investors is a much bigger market...

Hi Bigger Pockets family!!

I typically recommend that my investors start with more cosmetic flips that can be done in 3 weeks to 2 months to build the capital for bigger rehabs that have more equity. 

I don't know that there is a much bigger vetting process other than if they can pay for leads, but correct me if I am wrong.I have been on here for ten years and sourced hundreds of leads without ever asking for a single thing because all I do is show up and answer questions and add value.

Any tips on how can i find a bigger group to rent to on monthly basis ?  

For us in the PDX market we saw a little slow down in the fall but thats pretty much normal but the bigger builders are still buying land and still building at a pretty good clip..

Real estate investing meet ups (Bigger Poclets events and Meetup.com)- Both BP and meetup.com have a ton of opportunities for real estate investing and just networking in general.

If you can't find a single review, that may be a sign; albeit, some smaller lenders with their own fund or private money may not have a ton of reviews versus the bigger lenders.
