Don't really understand the fear here people....I've had some pretty bad calls myself, but it's all bark.

If I'm reading you correctly, I tried barking up that tree a few weeks back.

Dogs bark and aren't caged.

I always say something to the effect of "the big dog don't have to bark", well this is the little ankle biter of a dog that barks and tries to act tough knowing they are pint sized.

If neighbors complain of barking, they or the dog must go. 

I used to have VA issues with the Indian companies but the VAs in the Phillipines I have used don't even have an accent and because they work different hours because of time zones when it's really quiet they rarely get interrupted like "dog barking, kids sick or need to be dropped off in AM and in afternoon."

Sounds like I may be barking up the wrong tree when it comes to MH investing.

What if you have one tenant who works 3rd shift and someones dog is barking during the day because a doorbell rings or something else gets them stirred up.  

I am looking to bark on the same journey only with hardly any financial backing to get started.
