Hello everyone, I'm interested in buying land and investing in a new construction with goals of selling after construction is complete. 

. - Land in scenic areas for potential as a low density campground / private park / RV Park. 

I just finished reading Dirt Rich and it's peaked my interest in the possibilities of land investment. 

Make sure you know the impact that adding an ADU will have on any rent control. 12) investors seldom include the land value in the overall ADU costs.

If it stays beyond what's paid for either move it to a storage area on your land and keep track of storage fees or see if you can have someone tow it offsite for you and in that case they will have to pay whatever fee the tow yard charges. 

I can't make the former strategy work even if I were to acquire the land well and that goes back to construction costs. 

The deal sounds fine overall as long as they are in good shape and you can move and rent them on your existing land, but do you want more mobile homes?

I obviously can't pick and choose what score to accept due to the Land Lord tenant act laws.

I am not worried about landing at this time.

Little changes at every corner will snow ball into more money in your pocket.  30 cents here, 50 cents there and so forth will add up quick.So will the American people tackle their increased debts or will they say " hey I can afford the monthly payment now".
