That's surprising, I would assume Texas would be on the lighter side of regulations and license requirements. 

With you being qualified for an FHA loan on your next home that you're purchasing, will you be using the rental income from your departing residence to offset the mortgage payment on that property?

It depends on various aspects like how involved you want to be, how much time do you have, do you want to do renovations and select tenants yourself or are you happy to turn all of this over to a company that does all of this for their livelihood and just grow a portfolio with them?

It either has to be indicated by the agent on a listing description (rare) or you have to do it the old fashion way which is to call and ask directly.

I would prefer something I can buy once - software subscriptions are a nuisance.Something that automatically downloads transactions from my online banking portal and that can be used to easily categorize expenses for financial statements would be excellent.Thanks,KevinHi, Kevin.
