I remind myself of that often, and suddenly minor roommate annoyances aren't so bad.

It's happening to me too...very annoying and it can't be shut off!

I don't doubt that the child is annoying, but it is completely legal and there is nothing the condo association or police can do about it.

But I can think of way more annoyances of cleaning the pool, draining the pool, chasing mice out of the empty pool, etc.

You need to be careful what you call a lead.For me a lead is not someone that wants to sell, needs to sell, or begs you to sell.A lead is someone that is willing to acept a lower offer regardless of the reason for selling.Now.. what you describe may be annoying to you, but don't ge ttoo bummed out.There is somethign called "in-market" audience and there is something called our-of-market audiences.In-market audineces are people that are currently in the market for your sevices.. while out of market audience are still great prospects, but they are not in the market for your services, but could be in the future.Connecting with them, could prove benficial as long as your goal is nurturing them. 

It's an annoying rule and the city planners don't like it so there are some ways around it, like putting part of unit A over part of unit B.
