First round of drinks is on us!

I have personally tried to take the tire kicking "investor" horse to water but no matter what, they still won't drink.

Usually free food and free drinks.

I don't even drink, not even socially.

we can get a drink after if its boring" if its more of an aquaintance you may have to show more than say. when they ask you "How did you afford that new car?"

This place is kinda like getting a drink of water from a firehouse.

Locals are use to it, it's fun watching the expression of out of town'ers faces at a drive in drinking the water.Anyway, a water softner may help at the main supply.

I like Homer, a quaint little drinking town with a fishing problem, lol!

Perhaps I was drinking too much when I first read that, but my initial interpretation was that windows were part of common elements and thus POA responsibility (I hate legal jargon).Since it seems I may be incorrect on that, that makes me feel a little better.

(Unless of course there is an ongoing alcohol problem, but that doesn't sound like it's the case)
