Usually I won't make multiple applicants pay my screening fee, if my initial meeting is good enough where I accept that tenants appliance and fee, I also have them submit their security deposit for holding, which I don't put in the bank until mutual acceptance between both parties; however, as each adult is paying $53 I wouldn't make applicants pay who might not be chosen.

@Dawn Anastasi  I believe that all you would need to do is use a webcam, then upload your video to youtube or vimeo and then embed the link onto here...or an iphone - save the video to your iphone/ipad then upload to youtube or vimeo and attach the link.

Secondly, when I do get an "adult" job I don't feel necessary to follow the norm and invest it in a 401k where I don't have too much input on how whether or not that money makes me more money in the long run!
