Sorry this is so long, it's like the old saying "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink".   

The PM (acting as agent for the seller) was in the process of screening tenants to place in the unit.We asked them to "hold their horses" as we wanted an opportunity to find an screen our own tenant and would use our own MTM lease agreement to establish their tenancy. 

Congrads on getting back on the horse because realestate does buck sometimes just dust yourself off and get back on..Good Luck..

I'm a work horse and I dedicate myself in what I put my mind to.

If she sells it, any assets she receives, cash, notes, horses, whatever, becomes a conversion and those assets are included in the determination.

There isn't a horse I can't ride at any local redo but I don't get to pick my horse, so I will ride whatever is local. :)  

Account Closed I've never recommended anybody put the cart before the horse and jump in the deep end too soon with real estate investing.  

Sorry to beat a dead horse but separate files for each entity is the way to go.

BTW---this topic has been beat to death more times than a dead horse.
