I have had one potential applicant say they couldn't and let them know there are plenty of teenagers who would most likely be more than happy to do it for them but they are responsible for the cost which they were fine with but were rejected based on the application.

The thing is people don't hide these things, the gun was lying on the dresser, the tenants teenage daughter let me into the parents bedroom to inspect something while they were out and I saw it and she saw me see it.

Hi everyone, over the weekend of the 4th, about 5-6 teenagers got up on the second floor balcony of a 4-plex that we are renovating (which is currently vacant due to work being done) and they kicked of large portions of the wooden banister rail of the second floor balcony.

I like to keep a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, where I presume adults will reside and have enough sense not to break :) In the other bedrooms where I presume kids or teenagers will reside, I prefer to go with a ceiling light fixture (even my own kids have broken the chain on the fan).
