I just reread my comment I made and I meant to say taxed the self employment portion only on the salary but not the distribution.

I reread @Joel Owens main post, and all he was doing was pointing out some basic limitations of DST’s.

If you reread the 1st post, it took 250 hours in 1971 to accomplish what now takes 1,077 hours.

The 60 days in the account seasoned, with knowledge of where the money came form originally, is information provided to me directly from the lender.If you want, feel free to reread the actual question "what other structuring options do I have with a commercial loan" for what it is, and not "hey how do I commit fraud", then constructive feedback will be welcomed.

I have re-read the OP and my subsequent reply and I clearly have demonstrated that I was trying to find a reason why something someone has done may be wrong in the eyes of a parent.
