The Media here in Portland is just now picking up on how terrible govmit handled all this homeless and Peaceful protesting.. 180 degrees from the media backing defund the police last year. 

We put in a security alarm but that just makes them smash and grab quicker, doesn't keep them from trying.The police officer who came out during the last break-in attempt gave us probably the best advice.

I was living in Texas and after two other managers who just continued to let the place deteriorate I was down to 4 out of 14 tenants left, and homeless, squatters, gang members, and people conducting illicit activity overran the place vandalizing units and leading to regular police visits including for a homicide. 2nd half of 2021 is focused on rebuilding.

He's the attorney who got involved to save Chief Green and who tried to get Louise Lucas out of office because she told police to "stand down" when rioters were destroying city property. 

My grandmother though left a trust behind to distribute her property to her descendants with a little extra for that family member.

In addition to that, we like to check with the police, fire, insurance, sex offender status, and anything that might affect the operations of the park.

One tenant is still here with the pets and kids, but I called the police on the husband for domestic abuse.

Neighbor tells me that police were called out at 4 in the morning to break up a fight with my guests.
