Perhaps.. but a 2 week long photography safari excursion wouldn't run more than $10-15K, so I don't see where $250K fits into that notion.I used to earn $100K in my day job, and I spent $90K+ per year at that time.

The most important thing is the photography and staging, don't skimp on that step.

I don’t charge sellers $3k for their Facebook ad campaign, $1,300 for Photography, $1k for expenses, etc. so why would I charge buyers for their selection of me as their agent?
