I’ll be over in January or February, to meet my business partner in CDMX, and also continue building connection with building companies, and checking what land prices are doing ... well, that’s my mornings planned out.

If it lasts for 10 years, even factoring in the first 2 years I got nothing, it seems like a reasonable plan.I had a second thought that a few years down the road, I could look at purchasing a small mobile home park, maybe with an investing partner.

Often you can get better terms by partnering up with someone with demonstrated experience. 

I would invest there before going out of state, but I wouldn’t invest in Charlotte.My business partner and I bought 50 properties in the triad area of North Carolina.

In reality it was quite a number of other people doing it together and the person making the post only owns a small percentage and they’re really making the post in order to gain limited partners. 

It's too bad his books (and the Advisor Series) are quite good but he partners with dirtbags on the backend.I wish BP had a $2k, 3 day course and mentoring that we could send people to instead.  

What you might consider is finding a partner that has the development capacity, and figure out an equitable development cost and profit split.

I would post the details in classified section and let people give you quotes I find one off borrowers focus on cost much more than serial flippers who are looking for long term relationships there is much more to finding a capital partner than who has the cheapest fees..
