Hey Dexter,I am in NC- if no one responds here I would try finding syndicators in your area on BP, Linkedin, Instagram, etc and direct message them.

-You have to bring something to the table whether that’s money (access to other people’s money), the ability to find and underwrite deals, property manage,etc -Connect with as many investors as possible via BP,LinkedIn, IG,FB.

I’m newer to the bigger pockets set up so not sure if on here or directly via a phone call or LinkedIn may be best?
