San Diego has a stable, appreciating market with hyper low inventory.If you want to learn to be a landlord, a property in a desirable neighborhood in an appreciating market with low inventory, total equity and low taxes is about as safe of a learner property as they come.  

Although, we are all learners throughout life, I would suggest you take the time to have a good working knowledge of the Landlord Tenant Laws pertinent before you proceed with any action.

It's good to keep an open mind and to remain a learner. 

If you are an online learner, that is the most flexible route.

Without the learner-participation experience prior to joining, I would not have believed there was a place a “newbie” could obtain this much content without a substantial financial investment.
