Hi @Kevin Branin,If it was an unusual feature, you'd have to look at a bunch of properties that are nearly identical, but for the unusual feature, and see how much they differed in sales price.

They see the initial transfer of deed from a person to the trust, but then the change of beneficiary is not publicly visible nor is the beneficiary's identity publicly visible, usually.Remember, however, that the financing is still the responsibility of the people whose names are on the loan - that doesn't change.

The original developer of this project built 6 (almost identical) units and now there are 2 more in Pre-Construction, so we are in a unique situation in this deal because currently there are 2 more active listings + active listing of 1 Pre-Construction + 1 Pre-Construction is pending.
