Some ac handler units are Made to be installed horizontally, on their side, you can’t install one made to be vertical on its’s side.....the interior condensation pan/drain line configuration are designed differently.

Another thing near the top of his list is adding value by raising the rents or making improvements interior or exterior.I would also research the local area rents and raise them when the lease is up or if their is a clause that says you can do that with the proper notice.

If they abandon them inside the house, you can choose to put them out on the curb for them to pick up, since they won't have access to the interior any more, then dispose of the items from the curb 24 hours later (like an eviction) - but that's not strictly required.

Four of the duplexes (8 units) are rented out at an average of $450 per month (FYI, all info I'm giving is per agent and has not been verified as of yet) and the other two duplexes (4 units) are completely gutted and need all work done on interior.
