I was looking into things such as private equity to fulfill the "why" I'm desperate for a step

I'm up to 14 units now and desperately need good reliable contractors to help me with my portfolio. 

The US's zoning obsession with only single family homes paired with NIMBY-ism and the decrease in available land means that desperately needed multi unit buildings will rarely be favored, thus the forever increasing march towards increased home values will continue unimpeded.

I recently bought a few multi family properties in Memphis Tennessee and I am having somewhat of a challenging time driving traffic for rentals,Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,What we tried Facebook Market placeZillow Was wondering if there are brokers that do rentals in those neighborhoods,I have 40 Apartments to fill I am desperate.

Every day I see posts and pleads on social media for people desperately needing a place to place their home without fear of being "red tagged".I'm working to Bring Tiny, Home.

I doubt any unlicensed broker with experience deceiving sellers would accept the same BS terms they offer UNSUSPECTING or DESPERATE AND UNSUSPECTING sellers.

Back in the desperate $$$ dark ages I fell for it.
