While i was using Gusto it had said I had to enroll in unemployment with my state etc. but when it came down to it , it needed someone who could report to the IRS and am not sure I qualify as such person.

I’ve recently enrolled with Real Estate Express to pursue my license.

I am enrolled in a cooperative education program so my employment is based on the college's coop schedule which means I am not employed at the same place for more than a semester at a time.

Does anyone know where I need to upload the proof of purchase of both books to enroll in the multifamily investing classes in July 2021?

Thank you in advanced :) What you're actually trying to do is broker real estate, which requires a real estate license, so what you want to do is enroll in pre licensure coursework at your local school. 

I’m enrolled in Miami dade real estate investment course and was using the bigger pockets calculator to help understand the rates and percentages of my local market. 

@Daniel Whiddon - It's sometimes difficult to find a CPA who both specializes in real estate and is located close to you in upstate New York.There are lots of good CPAs and Enrolled Agents on Bigger Pockets who work remotely and have clients all over the country.

I'm currently planning to enroll in online courses through Champions Real Estate School.
