The way to extend this is to start looking for the acquired property BEFORE you settle on the relinquished property. 

Also, with a VA assumable, if the one assuming the loan is not a veteran, then the seller (veteran) entitlement will still be tied up in that property.

Of course don't go there just looking for business, you go because you believe in whatever the group is doing.
