- import prefab from china to USA and finally sell for profit?

I have recently started working with an investor from China that would like to purchase investment properties here.

That includes my spouse or close relatives.Here in San Jose, CA, we have India State Bank, Bank of China, Hong Kong Shanghai Corp(HSBC), Toronto Dominion Bank(TD Bank), Banamex all supposedly CA banks within a few miles from each other.

I've been trying to solve this problem all of 2017; I spent months researching drop-shipping products from China through a website I built with Facebook ads.

I am sure there would be an impact of job growth trends/ population on a particular neighborhood but I don't know how I would be able to tell from 3000 miles away.So here's an example and perhaps my give back to BP community here:Trump during his visit to China signed a huge financial investment package, according to which China will invest billions of dollars into US.

I live in China, but am inbreeding investing in LA...mainly because that's where I'm from and I still have family there.

Does anyone here at biggerpockets have any experience investing in Russia, China, or any other nation that is, at it's core, communist?

They import direct from their manufacturer in China to get the best pricing.
