I've been told to be careful in any wording that would suggest that families with children are being steered away.I don't think the search terms in the OP's post do that, but it is something to be aware of.

None of our current Section 8 tenants have young children, but we had one Section 8 tenant in the past who did.

I have two small children in the home so this is a very serious problem for me.

I think I would get alot of joy out of working with my sons on a duplex that maybe I should have stayed away from and my children and I turning i profitable.

If you want to give money away, perhaps give it to the Children's Hospital, or cancer research, or a homeless guy.
