The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) has been declared unconstitutional by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

My thought on the Corporation vs LLC was to switch my self employed business from a LLC to a Corporation and use that Corporation to invest in real estate.

I personally have a very small portfolio and I help manage a few;  I've focused more on the coaching, consulting, and education side, first as a coach in someone else's high end program and for the last 2 years on my own -  building a life more reflective of my goals today in my post 9 to 5 corporate life. 

If you are in the corporate world and are tired of having to go into the office or having zoom calls in your underwear with a nice shirt and tie on or if your are self employed, what are your options for retiring early?

I am a newbie, about to buy 2nd property; but still don't fully understand this.Side note, how does the Corporate Transparency Act effect this?

Just realize you do need to learn to operate the LLC property to maintain its corporate veil..

I'm interested in setting up either an S-CORP or LLC, but want to make sure i make the right choice so that I can secure the best tax benefits, while also setting myself up to get into the next investment.
