James, I have read this thread completely but the only thing that I'm seeing is a gentleman from the Chamber of Commerce saying that wholesaling is illegal because you need a realtors license for this activity.

I'll keep trying though, found 5 professional organizations to target in my search; a chamber of commerce, a dr association, an MBA association, a hispanic business organization and a internet marketing group.

As a rule of thumb is a pawn shop has more than one location, and can afford TV commercials the stuff is going to be as advertised.If you're worried check with the BBB or your local Chamber for negative reports.

Hey Shobha...I actually live in Riverview (for 22 years now) and did a stint on Brandon's Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

They do better on hard floors, but have small chambers where the dirt collects, and have to be emptied out frequently.
